Isa Villas will be the first affordable housing project along Guguan and Anatahan Drive on Capitol Hill, Saipan, located within the CNMI. Phase I involves the construction of two(2), three(3) story multi-family apartment buildings interconnected by a pedestrian bridge. The buildings will have a total of twenty seven(27) units. Each of the units will be equipped with automatic fire sprinklers. Phase I will also include a Community Center, new roads/driveways, parking, and utilities. Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA) guidelines are closely adhered to in all phases of construction. Phase II shall consist of a strategic partnership with a local Saipan waste management firm to initiate a model recycling program unique to the island. The program will be operational upon initial apartment’s occupancy. In addition, Isa Villas is partnering with the Northern Marianas Protection and Advocacy Services (NMPAS) to specifically cater to the unique needs of the disabled and Special Services Population. The units are designed to accommodate large families without burdening them with high utility costs. In addition to the spacious units and high level finishes, the project will feature a community center for programs and services, multiple recreational areas which include playground equipment and ample open space for shared green space in the community. The project is located within walking distance to most of the Commonwealth’s government offices.
