NAVFAC Pacific awarded Pacific Rim the $74 million construction contract for the J-301 Consolidated Headquarters project. Anticipated to be completed in March 2025, this project includes a 57,948 square feet two-story consolidated headquarters for the 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB), Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB), 4th Marine Regiment, and two Infantry Battalions at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Marine Corps Base (MCB) Guam. The facility features open office spaces, a lobby, sensitive compartmented information facility spaces, a mechanical room, a chiller room, and a generator room.
Site development comprises paved roadways, surface parking, landscape, and underground utilities.
This project is designed to comply with the Department of Defense Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings.
